How it works

Four steps and zero technical knowledge: Travel Birds rewards what you already do — travelling.

Create your account

When you sign up with travel care, your Travel Birds ID is created automatically: your identity within the programme, with its own address on BNB Smart Chain. No paperwork, nothing to install.

Travel and earn TRAVEL

Book as you always do. When your trip ends, you receive TRAVEL tokens as a reward. The amount may depend on your booking and your Travel Birds tier.

Climb the tiers

Hold on to your tokens over time and rise from Pink Flamingo to Arctic Tern. The higher you fly, the bigger the difference you'll feel.

Redeem whenever you like

Use your TRAVEL as a real discount on your next booking: they reduce the amount to pay — and can cover the whole trip.

Your tokens are worth journeys

Redeem them as a real discount

When paying for your booking, choose how many TRAVEL you want to redeem. They apply as a real discount on the total: cover part of the trip or pay for it entirely with them. The redemption value is calculated on the spot at the token's market price, and the remainder — if any — is paid with whichever method you prefer.

Once your booking is confirmed with the discount applied, redeemed tokens are not returned — not even if you later cancel the booking, and even when the cancellation itself is free.

Moving tokens out of an address resets its tier clock: if you redeem or transfer, the holding time accumulated on that address starts over.

Your TRAVEL, always yours

You can transfer your TRAVEL tokens to any other BNB Smart Chain address whenever you like, from My Travel Bird. To protect your balance, every transfer requires two-step verification to be active and a confirmation code we send you by email. We take care of the technical side.

You choose the mode: Travel Birds ID or your own wallet

Travel Birds works from day one without you needing to know anything about blockchain. And if you're already at home in the crypto world, you can connect your own wallet whenever you like.

This is the default mode. travel care generates and manages your Travel Birds ID for you: your own address on BNB Smart Chain where you receive your rewards, and from which you redeem or transfer your tokens in a few clicks — no extensions, no seed phrases, no complications.

Own wallet mode

Prefer to keep your TRAVEL in your own wallet? Link it by signing a message with MetaMask: a signature that proves the address is yours, without moving funds or paying any fees. From that moment on, your tier and balance are read from your wallet and your rewards are sent straight to it.

You can switch modes at any time from My Travel Bird. Keep in mind that moving tokens between addresses resets the tier clock of the origin address, and if your own wallet holds a lower tier we'll warn you clearly before you confirm the switch.

    Hi, the trip very good, appropriate value for money, everything very well organized and the destination a wonder and safe. The boat a bit old but very tasty food and good service. In Cairo the hotel also very good but a bit far away, but after so many excursions it's good to rest. The local guide very nice but in a big hurry and a difference in the price of the excursions he offered compared to the group next to us; the guides should agree on the price because it makes you think he was giving himself a tip, but well, it's an unimportant detail, then he got less tip and that's it.

    Our wonderful trip through the Jewels of the Baltic has now ended. I want to thank the whole Travel Care team for such a fantastic trip, it has been very well organised, all the guides have been extraordinary, some even included a visit that wasn't in the programme, like the witches' forest on the Curonian Spit - Nida. The Sigulda Palace and the cave, in Latvia. Also the selection of restaurants and the chosen menu has been fantastic. We will travel with Travel Care again for sure.     Impressive !!! We booked a trip to Egypt via vente privee with them. Customer service at the purchase of the service is a 10 . The guides at the destination and the agency incredible, they looked after our safety and comfort the whole trip . I can only thank them for the good service offered.     We traveled to Egypt in November 2025, we took a promotion through a website unrelated to travelcare and, upon seeing that the hotel they assigned us was very far from the center, we requested a category change; the first time they told me it wasn't possible and a week later they themselves wrote to me again saying they had another operator, a bit more expensive but with more excursions and the hotel central in Cairo. At the airport GALAXIA picked us up, couldn't be better, while there were huge queues of monturista (thank goodness I didn't book with them); the person in charge from our company received us in a minibus and kept telling us things until we reached the cruise. The guide on the trip wasn't spectacular but the cruise NILE PARADISE and the RAMSES HILTON, the hotel in Cairo, no complaints and within what we expected! (You have to be realistic and know that you're going to EGYPT not to a 5-star in Dubai🤣) We would definitely do it again, above all grateful that it came from them to write to us about the change and make things easier for us since we were about to cancel when we just received the possibility. Thanks to the Galaxia team! Thanks Travelcare, an incredible trip!

    We took a trip to Egypt with our grandchildren in October 2025, booked with the Travel Care agency. Communication and information before the trip was smooth and effective. The departure formalities were simple thanks to the help of their agents. Apart from a problem with the visa that delayed us two hours on arrival (not attributable to the agency, but to the incompetence of the Egyptian officials), the support of the local agents (SAMA TRAVEL) was also very good. Our motor vessel, Málaga, was not the most modern or the most luxurious, but it was clean, spacious, and the food was tasty, plentiful and varied, with many options for coeliacs or vegetarians. The staff a 10: charming, professional and with very personal and close treatment. The Cairo hotel, Tulip, is modern and spacious but it is isolated and far from everything. This was a problem since the food and room service were very poor and slow, and there were no other options without grabbing a taxi. The advantage is that it is near the airport if your flight leaves early. A special mention for our guide, WAEL, alias "GUAY". Thanks to his early starts we managed to arrive first at all the visits, which let us enjoy the best Egyptian sunrises accompanied by his excellent and well-documented explanations, avoiding the hours of maximum tourist crowds. He is a renowned Egyptologist who speaks perfect Spanish and knew how to convey his enthusiasm for his culture and his country. An excellent travel companion, always cheerful and cultured, he knew how to create an excellent atmosphere in the group, which became the FAMILIA GUAY. In the end we were all friends (without invading everyone else's privacy). Thanks to WAEL and to the professionalism and kindness of the ship's staff, and to the support of the agencies, we will remember this trip through Egypt not only as a cultural experience but also as an excellent personal memory.
